Information you give us. When you write to us by WhatsApp, email or phone, or when you work with us, you may provide:
- Contact details: name, company, role, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Business information: legal name, tax identification numbers (such as EIN or RIF), incorporation documents and details about your operation.
- Freight documents: invoices, delivery notes, bills of lading, air waybills and related documents. These may include information about your customers and shipments.
- Payment details: bank account information we need to send you advances.
- Verification information: identity documents and ownership information of legal representatives and beneficial owners, as required by anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering rules.
- The content of your messages and any other information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit the Website, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time of the request. We use this data only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Website. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Information from other sources. We may obtain information from public registries, identity and sanctions screening providers, and from your customers about the status of payments on invoices we have purchased.

- To provide the Services: purchase invoices, send advances and collect payment from the end customer.
- To verify identities, prevent fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws (including OFAC screening).
- To keep the Website and our systems secure and working properly.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal effects on you without human review.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)

No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please never send passwords or full bank credentials by WhatsApp or email.
